Job summary

Sqills is seeking a Software Tester to join the Amersfoort team and help ensure high-quality software across our S3 Passenger component. You will work in an autonomous DevOps team with developers and analysts, focusing on manual and automated testing and contributing to overall quality improvements.

You will develop automated tests using languages like Kotlin, Go, Java or React, and you will explore API, GUI and integration testing to quickly feed back regression results to developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/Computing or related field.
• Knowledge of testing techniques and ISTQB or TMap is preferred.
• Affinity with software testing and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Write, review and execute manual and automated test plans and cases.
• Set up functional, performance, and security tests using tooling.
• Develop automated tests in Kotlin, Go, Java or React.
• Document test results and report to team and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing methods, processes and tooling.
