ICT Group is seeking a Software Engineer for the High Tech business unit in the Eindhoven region. You will handle diverse assignments in medical and high‑tech equipment, focusing on product software engineering in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role emphasizes hands‑on coding in C/Python/C++, OOAD, and design patterns within an informal, team‑oriented environment. English proficiency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a software related subject.
• 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Technical background in software engineering.
• Familiar with C and/or Python and/or C++, STL/Boost libraries.
• Experience with modelling, OO Analysis and Design, UML and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and test processes.
• Strong teamwork, analytical and structured approach.
• Excellent English; Dutch preferred.
• Resident of Eindhoven region with valid driver’s license.

As Software engineer within the High Tech business unit you will work on a variety of assignments and projects in domains, such as medical and high tech equipment. You are active in the area of product software engineering in a multidisciplinary product development context. Your technical abilities as a software engineer and personal competences are equally important.

• Experienced in modelling, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, UML and Design patterns.
• Having experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and test processes in your previous projects.
• You’re an enthusiastic team player, analytical and structured.
• Are a pro-active communicator: giving and requesting feedback, stakeholder communication, problem solving dialogues, taking initiative, open and respectful team communication
• Excellent skills in at least the English language and preferably in Dutch.
• You live in the Eindhoven region and hold a valid driver's license.
