Job summary

Optiver Holding BV in Amsterdam is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Global Talent Assessment Tooling Team (GTAT), building scalable platforms used by 100,000+ users annually. You will contribute to the full software development lifecycle of our in-house talent assessment tools, serving as the central hub for assessments, training, and test authorization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in server-side development using C# .NET or Python.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain the talent assessment tooling platform and features.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams globally to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold quality.
• Utilize frontend technologies (React/Angular) to enhance UI/UX.
