Job summary

SodaStream is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in the Netherlands. You will analyze sales, costs and margins, support the IBP process, and contribute to the forecast, budget and long-range plan. You will deliver management reports and drive BI tooling usage with TM1.

You will be part of the Month End Closing and provide insights to head office, collaborating with Sales, G&A, S&D and A&M, and likely interact with international teams.

Qualifications

• You have at least three years of working experience in a financial position.
• Prior FMCG or sales controlling experience in an international environment is a merit.
• University degree/professional accountancy qualification.
• You are an experienced user in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
• Power BI experience would be advantageous.
• You can prioritize, manage projects and meet deadlines.
• You work in a structured manner and handle last-minute changes.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

As the FP&A analyst, you will primarily work with analysis of the sales, product costs and margins.

• You are a key member in our IBP(Integrate Business Review) process. In which you will support and challenge sales members with their forecasted volumes and prices.


• You are a key member in our Forecast, Budget & LRP process within sales and margins as well G&A, S&D and A&M working closely with the control function to have this processes.


• You prepare a variety of management reports and overviews to keep the management- and sales teams up to date.


• You will prepare sales campaign analysis and evaluations.


• You will become a key user to our BI tooling (TM1), to analyze sales and support colleagues.


• You are part of the Month End Closing process, together with the other finance team members.


• You manage the process and deliver reports, analysis and insights to our head office.

Qualifications

You have at least three years of working experience in a financial position. If you have prior experience from FMCG or experience in sales controlling in an international environment it will be considered as a merit.

• University degree/professional accountancy qualification


• You are an experienced user in Microsoft Office and various IT systems as well as having advanced skills in Excel


• Power BI experience would be advantageous


• You have a great ability to prioritize, manage projects and deliver within deadlines.


• You work in a structured manner, yet you can manage last-minute changes and requests.


• Fluent in English.
