Job summary

Nami, a Utrecht-based agency for positive change, seeks a social media intern to join the team. You will craft posts, stories and campaigns, analyze engagement, and help build an engaging community aligned with behavioral insights.

Open to a student in Marketing, Communications, or related fields, with a passion for social channels and learning. You’ll work on content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, with some flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in a relevant program (MBO/HBO/WO) such as Marketing, Communications, Creative Business, Media, or Psychology.
• Active on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and eager to create inspiring content.
• Fluent in English and able to write accurately; Dutch with help.
• Basic knowledge of design/video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Planning: create and produce social media posts for our channels (text, images, videos).
• Storytelling & Behavioral Insights: translate projects into engaging Stories, Reels, posts and campaigns.
• Analysis & Optimization: monitor engagement and reach, propose ideas to increase impact.
• Community Management: engage with audiences and build a warm online community.
• Campaigns: contribute social-media perspectives to help drive real behavior change.
