Within the Social Creative Team, you will work closely with Social Marketing, fellow creatives and cross-functional partners to turn campaigns, brand assets and timely opportunities into engaging organic content, primarily for Instagram and increasingly for TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest. This is a senior, hands-on creative role for someone who loves setting direction and making great ideas come to life.Roughly half of your focus will be on graphic design, complemented by short-form video editing, iPhone content capturing, and basic motion design. Most of your work will follow the planned social calendar, while leaving room to respond quickly to trends and business needs. Alongside strong execution, you will bring a clear creative point of view, helping sharpen what great social content looks like for Rituals and exploring new formats and approaches without losing sight of our distinctive brand identity.**In this role, you will:*** Create engaging, platform-native social organic content across static posts, carousels, Reels and short-form video, with Instagram as your primary focus and TikTok as an important secondary channel.* Transform campaign assets, pack shots and existing brand materials into fresh social executions through strong graphic design, video editing, and basic motion techniques.* Capture and edit agile social content on iPhone, responding confidently to relevant trends, cultural moments and fast-turnaround opportunities while protecting the Rituals brand identity.* Bring creative judgement to typography, composition, pacing, imagery, sound and visual storytelling, identifying opportunities to evolve our content and experimenting with new platform behaviors and formats.* Collaborate closely with Social Marketing, the wider Content & Design Studio and other stakeholders, explain creative choices, manage feedback constructively, and help improve creative ideas and ways of working.**How you will divide your time and energy**This is a hands-on, all-around creative role, where you can have a voice on how the team works. You'll help shape not just what gets made, but how the team thinks about making it. Think: 50% graphic design // 20% video editing // 20% iPhone content capture // 10% basic motion design. You will work on a mix of planned and reactive projects covering around 80% of the work is planned content for the social calendar and around 20% of the work is more ad hoc, fast-turnaround content responding to trends or business needs.## Bring all of youYou are an experienced social creative who combines a strong design foundation with the instinct of a content creator. You understand the difference between simply adapting an asset for social and creating something that truly belongs in the feed. You are equally comfortable refining typography and composition, cutting a Reel, picking up an iPhone to capture a timely idea or introducing subtle motion to make an asset come alive. You keep a close eye on evolving social behaviour and emerging creative possibilities, but use trends thoughtfully rather than following them for their own sake. Seniority, for you, means bringing judgement as well as craft: you can work independently, make clear creative choices, take ownership through execution and challenge an idea constructively when you see an opportunity to make it stronger.
