Rituals Amsterdam is seeking a Learning Operations Specialist to empower frontline teams and optimize retail learning experiences. You will manage LMS setup, courses and audiences, ensuring a seamless user experience across markets from our Amsterdam office.

You combine operational excellence with a passion for learning technology, data analysis, and continuous improvement. Collaboration with HR, Tech & Data, and global teams is key to delivering effective learning outcomes.

Qualifications

While ensuring our learning platforms run smoothly, you also identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve reporting, enhance adoption and support future developments across our learning technology ecosystem.# # **In this role, you will:**### Learning setup & Operations* Support the day-to-day management and administration of our Learning Management System set-up and related learning technologies in liaison with our HR and Tech & Data teams.* Manage courses, learning journeys, sessions, audiences, user access, permissions and platform configuration.* Ensure learning content is correctly published, maintained and accessible for all target audiences.* Maintain operational processes, governance and documentation to ensure consistency across markets.* Support new market launches, audience differentiation and platform implementations.* Identify opportunities to optimize learning operations, simplify processes and improve user experience.* Support platform enhancements, releases, roadmap initiatives, implementations and testing activities.* Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and translate findings into actionable recommendations.* Support relationships with external learning technology vendors, monitor service quality and platform performance, and help evaluate new tools and technologies that support our learning strategy.* Stay informed on learning technology trends and best practices and proactively share ideas with the team.### User Support & Stakeholder Management* Act as a key contact for local training teams and business stakeholders regarding learning platform questions and requests.* Coordinate issue resolution with Tech & Data teams and external vendors.* Support training and onboarding of power users and local learning teams.* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand needs and identify improvement opportunities.### Reporting & Learning Insights* Support the collection, analysis and reporting of learning data and platform metrics.* Create and maintain recurring reports on learner engagement, completion rates and platform usage.* Generate insights that contribute to measuring learning effectiveness and business impact.* Identify trends and opportunities to improve learner adoption and experience.## Bring all of youYou are organized, proactive and naturally curious.
