A leading semiconductor company in Delft is seeking an experienced IC Project Manager to oversee complex SoC or ASIC semiconductor projects throughout the Product Development Cycle. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of relevant experience, including leadership of cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of chip design processes. Qualifications

• Over 10 years experience working in SoC or ASIC; experience integrating Analog, Mixed-Signal and/or RF is a clear plus.
• Over 5 years experience leading SoC cross-functional teams (RTL, DV, PD, DFX, and Silicon Validation).
• Very good time management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex SoC or ASIC semiconductor projects from Specifications to Silicon.
• Align on Project definition between Systems Engineering, Execution Teams and Marketing.
• Drive decision-making processes to keep initiatives on track.
