Job summary

GoodLife Foods in the Netherlands is seeking a Machine Operator to run the forming department of our snack production lines. You will set up, operate and monitor machinery, ensure materials and equipment are ready, and keep to established procedures.

The role requires a 2-shift schedule (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00), English proficiency, and a practical, hands-on approach. We offer a competitive gross hourly rate, a path to permanent employment, and a housing and relocation package.

Qualifications

• Proactive and quality-oriented attitude.
• Technical knowledge or at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to work with colleagues.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• Experience in the food production industry.
• Good command of the English language.
• Possession of a valid B driving licence.
• Have a Greek ID card or European passport (Greek ID issued in the last 5 years and undamaged).

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and start-up of the production line.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Inspect products for weight, quantities, appearance and shape.
• Record production data, including quality results and equipment condition.
• Follow daily production schedule and ensure correct assembly order.
• Maintain a safe and clean production environment.
