Job summary

Mexmafood is seeking an industrious Operator to join our growing production team in the Netherlands. You will operate and monitor production machines, ensure product quality, and keep detailed data logs for process improvement.

We offer a challenging environment with a 3-shift pattern and opportunities to develop technical skills. You should be accurate, a good communicator, and able to work well in a team on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level.
• Experience in a (food) production environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in 3 shifts.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language

Responsibilities

• Setting up, starting up and operating machines.
• Monitoring the production process and performing quality checks.
• Solving minor technical malfunctions and performing first-line maintenance.
• Registering production data and reporting to the team leader.
• Compliance with the applicable safety regulations and procedures
