Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor SMD production machines and equipment.
• Control the production process and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Perform machine setup support and assist with product changeovers.
• Load components, feeders, and materials onto production lines.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks according to work instructions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report technical issues or production deviations.
• Ensure accurate registration and documentation of production activities.
• Follow production schedules and meet output targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with 5S standards.
• Support production flow in general, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
• Comply with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

We are currently looking for Operators for evening shift (15:00-00:00).

As an SMD Operator, you are responsible for supporting and operating the SMD production lines within our Electronics Manufacturing department. You ensure that production processes run smoothly and according to the required quality standards.

SMD Operator Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor SMD production machines and equipment;
• Control the production process and ensure product quality standards are met;
• Perform machine setup support and assist with product changeovers;
• Load components, feeders, and materials onto production lines;
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks according to work instructions;
