What you’ll do

As an Injection Moulding Operator, you play a key role in ensuring a stable production process and consistent product quality. You will work in a modern, high-tech manufacturing environment where precision and teamwork are essential.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Operating and maintaining injection moulding machines and related equipment
  • Executing production, inspection, packing, and machine operation activities based on digital work instructions
  • Supporting production start-ups and assisting with product and tool changeovers
  • Monitoring process performance and product quality, performing checks, and registering results
  • Logging activities and reporting deviations or abnormalities
  • Working in accordance with AME’s safety standards and workmanship guidelines
  • Performing basic daily and weekly maintenance tasks
  • Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and well‑organized
