Job summary

TGW Northern Europe is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for Picnic's automated Utrecht site. You will ensure maximum system availability by driving data‑driven maintenance, coordinating activities, and pushing improvements to reliability and efficiency.

You will work with engineers, analysts and site leadership to translate insights into action, maintain asset records, and optimise spare parts management for uptime and performance.

Qualifications

• Mechanical EQF Level 3 qualification required.
• Experience using a CMMS at expert level.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Proficient in office tools and software.
• Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• VCA or equivalent health and safety certification.
• Experience in a similar industry.
• Ability to lead asset care maintenance planning.
• Experience delivering continuous improvement in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead as CMMS key user for the site and train Lifetime Services team.
• Coordinate planned, unplanned, and statutory maintenance.
• Liaise with clients on plant availability and planning needs.
• Manage work backlog aligned with priorities.
• Update maintenance work and schedules with feedback and CI efforts.
• Ensure integrity of maintenance procedures and reporting.
• Work with on-site specialists to standardise asset care.
• Keep asset documentation accurate and compliant.
• Control spare parts with min/max levels, including peak periods.
