Malvern Panalytical is seeking a Site Health & Safety Lead to drive safety performance, compliance and continuous improvement across a key site. You will partner with site leadership, facilities and regional teams to embed safety into daily operations and strengthen the safety culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety (or equivalent), 5+ years in HSE within manufacturing/engineering environments, and professional qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or related discipline; professional qualification desirable (NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP, ASP, OHST, CHST, HVK, MVK)

Mansioni

• Lead Health & Safety performance, compliance activities and continuous improvement across the site.
• Conduct and maintain risk assessments, hazard identification, workplace inspections and safety observations.
• Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide Health & Safety support to facilities, engineering and projects; manage contractor safety and emergency preparedness.
