Job summary

ACCIONA Industrial NL busca un Site Quality Manager para gestionar el sistema de calidad del proyecto en las instalaciones de subestaciones eléctricas. Reportare1 al Project Director y colaborare1 en auditoredas y entregables de calidad en sitio.

Se requiere me1s de 3 af1os de experiencia en calidad de subestaciones, titulacif3n en Ingeniereda Ele9ctrica, y dominio avanzado de ingle9s; se valoran el espa1ol y el neerlande9s.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in electrical substation installations.
• Advanced English; Spanish and Dutch are assets.
• Knowledge of CAD and Primavera; MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Project Quality System.
• Coordinate quality across Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, and Supplies.
• Ensure compliance with client contractual requirements and regulations.
• Prepare and present monthly quality reports to the Client.
• Support the procurement department for FATs and audits.

ACCIONA is looking to hire a Site Quality Manager for our Industry area, within the ACCIONA Netherlands division. The T&D department has signed a framework agreement with TenneT. As part of the work considered within this framework agreement, TenneT has reported its intention to sign several new projects with Acciona. (and many others to come) The incorporation of a Site Quality Manager is required from 1st November 2026. Project requirement: position included in the organization chart

Mission: To implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System, ensuring full compliance with contractual, technical, project-specific, legal, and regulatory requirements

Reports directly to the Project Director and Head Quality Manager, according to the Internal Organization established for the project. He/she will be located according to the Project needs and as indicated by the Project Director, being the work center at site in EOS.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Project Quality System.
• Manage and coordinate Quality across all project disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Supplies)
• Provide support in all activities related to Plant Legalization.
• Supervise and ensure Project Quality compliance in accordance with Client contractual requirements and applicable regulations.
• Participate in the Project Audit Plan.
• Review and validate offers from subcontractors and suppliers within the areas of Quality
• Act as the primary point of contact with the Client on matters related to Quality
• Coordinate and collaborate in the preparation and delivery of construction documentation to the Client and suppliers within the scope of Quality.
• Prepare monthly Quality reports for the Client.
• Supervise and monitor, together with the Quality Control Team, the Quality of works and supplies on site.
• Review all Quality documentation generated (Procedures, Specifications, PTS, ITPs, protocols, requirements, and performance verification documents for commissioning activities such as welding, non-destructive testing, standards, methods, calibration plans, and supplier/material inspections).
• Participate in the Method of Statements which will ensure the quality of the project
• Collaborate and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers in the execution of Quality
• Perform any additional duties inherent to the role at ACCIONA Industrial NL
• Quality Representative for the Project during internal and external audits (Client and 3rd Party).
• Management and follow-up of Internal Non-Conformities (Subcontractors/Suppliers) and External Non-Conformities (Client).
• Coordination of the preparation of Quality documentation for Commissioning TOP (Turnover Packages).
• Coordination and participation in the review and preparation of final dossiers in the areas of Quality (Subcontractors/Suppliers)
• Support the procurement department for the FATs.
• Participate in the projects meetings as the Quality responsible person.
• Develop the required internal Quality Audits.
• Participate in the external Quality Audits.

Requisitos del candidato Degrees / Certificates / Training: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Additional Training: Knowledge of Electrical Substation Installation Computer Skills: Knowledge of the Microsoft office tool is required and other knowledge of CAD and Primavera will be valued. Competency Profile: Knowledge of quality management for substation installation projects. Languages and Required Level Advanced English, Knowledge of Spanish and Dutch will be considered an asset Required Professional Experience: More than 3 years of experience in quality management within electrical substation installations
