Job summary

ACCIONA Industrial NL busca un Site Quality Manager para la zona de Países Bajos, con enfoque en instalaciones de subestaciones eléctricas. Reportará al Director de Proyecto y al Jefe de Calidad, asegurando cumplimiento contractual, técnico y regulatorio en sitio.

Se requiere más de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de calidad en instalaciones de subestaciones eléctricas, inglés avanzado y conocimiento de CAD/Primavera; se valora español y holandés. Se ofrece puesto de tiempo completo en NL.

Qualifications

• Título mínimo: Licenciatura ou Master en Ingeniería Eléctrica o equivalente.
• Conocimientos de instalación de subestaciones eléctricas.
• Inglés avanzado; español y/o holandés valorado.
• Más de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de calidad en instalaciones de subestaciones eléctricas.

Responsibilities

• Supervisar la implementación y mejora continua del Sistema de Calidad del Proyecto.
• Coordinar la Calidad entre todas las disciplinas del proyecto (Civil, Mecánica, Eléctrica & Instrumentación, Suministros).
• Actuar como representante de Calidad durante auditorías internas/externas.
• Preparar informes mensuales de Calidad para el Cliente.
• Revisar y validar ofertas de subcontratistas y proveedores en materia de Calidad.

(and many others to come)The incorporation of a Site Quality Manager is required from 1st November 2026.Project requirement: position included in the organization chartDescripción del puestoMission:To implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System, ensuring full compliance with contractual, technical, project-specific, legal, and regulatory requirementsReports directly to the Project Director and Head Quality Manager, according to the Internal Organization established for the project. He/she will be located according to the Project needs and as indicated by the Project Director, being the work center at site in EOS.Responsibilities:· Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Project Quality System.· Manage and coordinate Quality across all project disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation, Supplies)· Provide support in all activities related to Plant Legalization.· Supervise and ensure Project Quality compliance in accordance with Client contractual requirements and applicable regulations.· Participate in the Project Audit Plan.· Review and validate offers from subcontractors and suppliers within the areas of Quality· Act as the primary point of contact with the Client on matters related to Quality· Coordinate and collaborate in the preparation and delivery of construction documentation to the Client and suppliers within the scope of Quality.· Prepare monthly Quality reports for the Client.· Supervise and monitor, together with the Quality Control Team, the Quality of works and supplies on site.· Review all Quality documentation generated (Procedures, Specifications, PTS, ITPs, protocols, requirements, and performance verification documents for commissioning activities such as welding, non-destructive testing, standards, methods, calibration plans, and supplier/material inspections).· Participate in the Method of Statements which will ensure the quality of the project· Collaborate and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers in the execution of Quality· Perform any additional duties inherent to the role at ACCIONA Industrial NL· Quality Representative for the Project during internal and external audits (Client and 3rd Party).· Management and follow-up of Internal Non-Conformities (Subcontractors/Suppliers) and External Non-Conformities (Client).· Coordination of the preparation of Quality documentation for Commissioning TOP (Turnover Packages).· Coordination and participation in the review and preparation of final dossiers in the areas of Quality (Subcontractors/Suppliers) Support the procurement department for the FATs.· Participate in the projects meetings as the Quality responsible person.· Develop the required internal Quality Audits.Participate in the external Quality Audits.Requisitos del candidatoDegrees / Certificates / Training:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Additional Training:Knowledge of Electrical Substation InstallationComputer Skills: Knowledge of the Microsoft office tool is required and other knowledge of CAD and Primavera will be valued.Competency Profile: Knowledge of quality management for substation installation projects.Languages and Required LevelAdvanced English, Knowledge of Spanish and Dutch will be considered an assetRequired Professional Experience: More than 3 years of experience in quality management within electrical substation installationsSomos una compañía que valora la diversidad como fuente de talento y por ello trabajamos para impulsar un entorno inclusivo en el que se promueve el respeto, la pertenencia y el compromiso de forma que todas las personas puedan participar en igualdad de oportunidades.
