Job summary

Bleckmann in Almelo seeks a Site Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, budgeting, and contract management. You will collaborate with the leadership team to align operations with strategic goals and customer expectations.

You’ll manage QEHS, facilities and security while coaching teams to achieve measurable improvements in productivity and service quality in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; logistics experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Pragmatic, hands-on leader with ability to develop creative logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operations across the site within budgeted guidelines.
• Manage all operational processes according to SLA and contractual commitments.
• Drive performance using productivity targets and KPI objectives.
• Monitor cost-versus-revenue and adjust where necessary.
• Maintain effective customer communication through reports and reviews.
• Own the site's budget and monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee QEHS, facilities and site security.
• Coach and inspire teams to reach their potential.
• Provide strong account management and strengthen customer relationships.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement of processes and approaches.
