Job summary

Bleckmann is seeking a Site Manager to oversee all activities within the site and assist the existing Site Manager in leading operations. You will report to the Cluster Director and collaborate with site leadership to optimize performance and growth across warehousing, contract management, budgeting, automation, customs, and HR.

You will drive productivity, manage budgets, and ensure QEHS, facilities, and security while coaching teams to achieve their full potential and strengthen customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven track record leading large logistics operations.
• Strong Dutch and English language skills.
• Commercial acumen and customer mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations within budgeted guidelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams including warehouse, contract management, and HR.
• Drive KPI performance and cost control.
