Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a skilled Mining Engineer to manage mining projects on-site in the Netherlands. You will coordinate mine planning, construction activities, and field operations with project managers, mine supervisors and planners to ensure schedules, scope, and budgets are met.

You will apply mining software for drill & blast design, develop weekly to annual execution plans, prepare reports and maintain accurate records while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Mining/Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience coordinating mining projects and site operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day mine planning and construction activities.
• Utilize mine planning software for drill & blast design and mining strategy.
• Develop weekly to annual execution plans from 5-year and 3-month mine plans.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and resource allocation with project management.
• Maintain safe, compliant site operations and accurate documentation.
