Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role, in a HV setting.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, transmission, and distribution.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse workforce.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects within budget and schedule.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring adherence to project objectives and timelines.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource plans, and budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate and oversee all site activities, including subcontractor management, procurement, quality control, and health and safety compliance.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to the Project Manager, highlighting any potential risks or issues in a timely manner.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of site personnel, providing clear direction and guidance to achieve project goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and individual growth.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify training needs, and provide coaching and mentoring as required.
  • Ensure all personnel adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the project team and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolution of concerns.
  • Address any client requests or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining H&MV Engineering's reputation for excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable quality standards, specifications, and codes throughout the project.
  • Implement and enforce robust health and safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety and compliance on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and rectify any quality or safety issues.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Site Manager at H&MV Engineering Netherlands. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities on site, ensuring projects are completed within schedule, cost, and quality parameters.
