Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering or related field
• Proven project management experience within a logistics environment
• Experience within assembly or production environments is preferred
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Experience of AutoCAD is a must
• Experience with logistics technologies, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Lead logistics engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
• Support and optimise onsite assembly processes for customers
• Analyse operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop innovative solutions
• Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and automation solutions
• Utilise AutoCAD for warehouse design and layout planning where applicable
• Monitor and analyse KPIs to measure project success
• Track and report on continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the operation
