SIRE Life Sciences is seeking a Site HSE Advisor to ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across project sites in the Netherlands. You will conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits and incident investigations, and collaborate with project teams and contractors to implement HSE procedures in line with Dutch law and ISO standards.

The role focuses on promoting a proactive safety culture, delivering trainings, maintaining HSE records, and serving as the primary on-site

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
HSE certifications such as NEBOSH Diploma, MVK or HVK.
Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

Develop, implement and monitor site-specific HSE plans and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, non-conformities and improvement opportunities.
Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis, and monitor corrective actions.
Deliver HSE training and awareness programmes for employees, contractors and visitors.
Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including reports, audit findings, incident records and training logs.
Act as the main point of contact for HSE matters on site with project management, contractors and regulators.
Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, emissions and resource consumption.
Review risk assessments, method statements and work permits to ensure safe activities.
