You will work with Operations and Engineering colleagues to make things work better, support floor teams, and uphold safety and quality for customers. Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Clear communication in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to work with Operations and Engineering colleagues.
• Experience with Scrum Agile and SQL are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day running of warehouse operations, including planning, stock control and process monitoring.
• Act as a key user for systems and automated processes, identifying issues and implementing improvements.
• Work with the Operations Management Team to implement new initiatives, strategies and customer requirements.
• Monitor performance, productivity and quality, and take action where needed.
• Participate in daily start-up meetings and Lean activities on the warehouse floor.
• Ensure a safe working environment and promote GXO Health & Safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and facilities, reporting issues promptly.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives, including reducing energy use, waste and emissions.
• Support a positive, collaborative team culture where everyone can do their best work.
