Job summary

LPI Group is seeking a Site Engineer to support complex European construction and infrastructure projects from its Amsterdam base. You will contribute to AutoCAD drafting, drawing preparation, and submittal management while ensuring QA/QC compliance and timely project handovers.

The role requires a third-level degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, EU eligibility, a full EU driving licence, and strong technical/organizational skills. On-site duties and cross-country coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD drafting and drawing management is required.
• Knowledge of technical submittals, QA/QC processes, and handover activities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage AutoCAD drawings and construction drawings.
• Prepare and manage technical submittals and track approvals.
• Upload submittals and address client comments.
• Complete weekly EHS returns.
• Support QA/QC requirements on projects.
• Assist with commissioning (CX) and project handover activities.
• Maintain project documentation to high standards.

Job Description – Site Engineer

We are seeking a Site Engineer with a background in Electrical or Civil Engineering to support project delivery across multiple European locations.

Responsibilities

• AutoCAD drafting and drawing management


• Preparation of construction drawings


• Preparation and management of technical submittals


• Uploading submittals, tracking approvals and addressing client comments


• Completion of weekly EHS returns


• Supporting project QA/QC requirements


• Assisting with commissioning (CX) and project handover activities


• Ensuring project documentation is maintained to the highest standard
