Job summary

Motus Integrated Technologies is seeking a Shipping / Receiving Coordinator for the 2nd shift in Holland, MI. You will load/unload goods and manage shipping/receiving paperwork in Plex, while maintaining accurate inventory within the Material Handling & Shipping / Receiving team.

The role requires forklift certification, knowledge of FIFO, and basic computer skills, with responsibilities spanning cycle counts and inventory accuracy within a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Powered Industrial Truck license.
• Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Willingness to remain in new role for a minimum of 6 months before pursuing other hourly production positions.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from inbound/outbound trucks.
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork in Plex.
• Receive, move and ship inventory in Plex.
• Assist in cycle count schedules and ABC classifications.
• Promote a safe work environment and 5S practices.
• Ensure shipping and receiving windows are covered.
• Support physical inventory preparation and counts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to complete Powered Industrial Truck training, test and obtain license
• Load and unload goods from inbound/outbound trucks
• Knowledge of FIFO
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork in Plex
• Receive, move and ship inventory in Plex
• Basic computer skills required
• Responsible for promoting a safe work environment and preventing injuries through 5S
• Ensure Shipping and receiving windows are covered
• Manage cycle count schedules monthly (ABC classifications as to what gets counted and when)
• Problems solving losses/gains greater than $1000 (using worksheet)
• Perform Hot counts material shortages
• Prep for Physical inventory and help preform
• Take on task define by the supervisor
