Shell is launching a 3-year Graduate Programme in the Netherlands, with placements in Rotterdam, The Hague, Pernis or Amsterdam, starting May or November 2027. You’ll gain leadership development through on-the-job training, rotations and coaching, working on meaningful energy projects from day one.
