Shell Energy & Chemicals Park Rotterdam is offering a graduate programme. The role will be based in Rotterdam, The Hague, Pernis or Amsterdam with May or November 2027 intakes.

You will be exposed to on-the-job training, rotations and coaching to build leadership skills. Eligible candidates have a Master’s or PhD in the Netherlands (within the last three years), have graduated, and have less than three years of relevant work experience, with a residence in the Netherlands.

What's the role

This graduate opportunity may be based in any of our offices in Rotterdam, The Hague, Pernis or Amsterdam, depending on the role you will be matched with. Start dates for the Graduate Programme will also vary by role, with intakes scheduled in May or November 2027.

To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme

• Have graduated prior to your first day at Shell;
