Job summary

Bayards Aluminium Constructions Group in Ijsselmonde and Krimpen aan den IJssel is looking for a motivated trainee to start a career as a welder or fabrication worker. As a BBL student you will work four days a week in our production hall and learn the trade step by step with an experienced colleague.

You will learn to work with aluminium, read technical drawings, measure and check accuracy, and work safely in a technical team, with the possibility of a permanent job after your training.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we teach you everything.
• You are following or starting a level 2 vocational BBL programme.

Do you want to learn a real trade while earning a salary? At Bayards in Ijsselmonde and Krimpen aan den IJssel, you get the chance to grow into a starting welder or fabrication worker. You’ll work on impressive aluminium projects, such as helidecks and bridge structures used all over the world.

As a BBL student, you work four days a week in our production hall. You’re part of the team and learn how aluminium parts are prepared and assembled. You will always work together with an experienced colleague who teaches you the trade step by step. This way, you discover what suits you and develop your skills every week.
