Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Cyber Security Consultant for a client in Utrecht. This freelance position requires kvk/zzp and offers €110 per hour.

You will define and roll out Vulnerability Response in ServiceNow, develop SIR plans, gather requirements, design integrations, and extend SecOps with playbooks and automations. Collaboration with DevOps, platform engineers, and security teams is essential. Remote consultation is possible; Dutch and English language skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Senior ServiceNow SecOps experience, including Vulnerability Response and SIR.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development: JavaScript/Glide, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, BRs, UI Actions, ACLs.
• Experience writing user stories and functional designs.
• Dutch and English language skills; working in EU time zones; remote possible in consultation.

Responsibilities

• Define and roll out Vulnerability Response in ServiceNow: processes, data flows, and automations.
• Develop an implementation plan for Security Incident Response (SIR) in ServiceNow.
• Gather requirements and user stories by facilitating design/workshop sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into technical designs, configurations, and development tasks.
• Develop integrations with external tools (vulnerability scanners).
• Configure and extend SecOps functionality (playbooks, orchestration, workflows, and notifications).
• Collaborate with platform team and oversee testing/delivery.
