Job summary

Resolvo Engineering B.V. is seeking a Service Technician to analyze and resolve building automation issues, perform inspections, and implement improvements as you visit client sites across the Dordrecht region. You’ll discuss problems with customers and deliver sustainable solutions while keeping detailed records.

The role offers a lease car, PMT pension, and a dynamic path within a growing organization. Availability for 32–40 hours per week, and fluency in Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician or in commissioning/measurement and control roles is preferred.
• MBO 4 working and thinking level.
• Dutch language proficiency is necessary.
• Willingness to learn and develop further.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve malfunctions, inspect systems, and perform preventive maintenance on building automation systems.
• Identify customer problems and discuss solutions to implement sustainable improvements.
• Maintain clear records and contribute to department quality improvements.

Service Technician

What are you going to do?

As a Service Technician you are involved in analyzing and resolving malfunctions, inspections, preventive maintenance and implementing improvements to building automation systems. You will identify and discuss problems with the customer and find a suitable, sustainable solution.

Contribution to the quality improvement in the department and maintaining clear records are also a part of your duty.

Who are you?

• Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week;
• MBO 4 working and thinking level;
• Work experience as a service technician, commissioning engineer, measurement and control technician, or similar;
• Additional trainings or courses in building automation (such as MRK-A/KLI-A) are a plus;
• Driving license B;
• Curiosity and enthusiasm;
• Willingness to learn and develop further;
• Command of the Dutch language is necessary.
