Job summary

Louter is seeking a versatile field service technician to service and install professional kitchens at customer sites across multiple locations. You will act as the on-site expert, diagnosing and repairing equipment and advising customers on maintenance and upgrades.

The role offers substantial autonomy, with a strong emphasis on safety, initiative, and practical problem-solving, while working with a diverse client base. Dutch language proficiency and a valid B-driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• MBO-3 diploma in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics required.
• Dutch language proficiency (spoken and written) required.
• Full-time availability (40 hours) required.
• Experience as maintenance/service/plant technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve malfunctions in various machines and systems on-site.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and overhauls at customer locations.
• Install professional kitchens and related equipment at customer sites.
• Advise customers on maintenance, use and replacement of equipment.
• Communicate clearly with customers and involve them in solutions.

Louter is looking for an All-round field service technician.

As an all-around field service technician, you are the primary point of contact on-site. You ensure that machines and commercial kitchens operate at peak performance, and customers can rely on your technical expertise.

You’ll work independently at various locations and switch quickly between a variety of tasks. This makes your work varied and challenging.

Who are you

• At least an MBO-3 diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics;
• Class B driver's license;
• Proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written);
• Available full-time (40 hours);
• Experience as a maintenance technician, service technician, or plant technician is preferred;
• An affinity for technology; knowledge of the field is a plus;
• Analytical and solution-oriented;
• A practical and meticulous approach to work;
• Flexible and eager to learn;
• A positive attitude and a focus on safety;
• Possession of a VCA, NEN 3140, or forklift certification is preferred;
• Experience with lasers is a plus.
