Job summary

DoALL Europa B.V. is seeking a trainee service technician in Dordrecht. You will receive internal training, be guided by the Service Manager on first customer visits, and work in a small team as the face of our company.

The role offers promotion paths to Service Manager and a generous vacation allowance. You will travel nationally and internationally, install and service saw machines, and contribute to demonstrations and shipments.

Qualifications

• MBO 3/4 level education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Solve breakdowns on saw machines (national/international).
• Prepare machines for shipment.
• Demonstrate on machines.
• Install saw machines at customer sites.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on saw machines at customer sites.
• Maintain and repair internal production resources.
• Assist at trade fairs nationally and internationally.

Job description

Due to the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a trainee service technician. If you have no experience yet, but have the drive to solve problems with production machines, this is the job for you.

As a trainee service technician, you will deal with a variety of tasks, including:

• Solving breakdowns on saw machines (national/international)


• Preparing machines for shipment


• Conducting demonstrations on these machines


• Installing saw machines at customer sites


• Performing maintenance and repairs on saw machines at customer sites


• Maintaining and repairing our internal production resources


• Assisting at trade fairs both nationally and internationally

What we expect from you as a trainee technician:

• You have at least a completed MBO 3 or 4 level education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.


• You are eager to learn, driven, and willing to travel nationally and internationally.


• You don’t have a 9-5 mentality; sometimes you need to go the extra mile to help a customer.


• You can communicate effectively in Dutch and English.


• You have a driver’s license (B).


• Having a VCA (Safety) certificate is a plus.


• You live in the Dordrecht area.
