Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Service Manager to lead the local engineering and technical operations at the Middelburg site, translating global client requirements into operational excellence.

You will drive process optimization, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and oversee maintenance and facility engineering projects to maintain system continuity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
• 5–8 years of facilities engineering and operations experience in a mission-critical environment.
• Experience as Install. Duty Holder (IV) per NEN 3140 standards.
• Experience managing Dual Loop Power (DLP) programs.

In this role as Service Manager at JLL, you will lead the technical services department and projects from A to Z executed by JLL or subcontractors. For the Middelburg location, you will translate global client requirements into operational excellence.

You are the strategic sparring partner who drives process optimization ensures compliance with laws and regulations, and elevates complex maintenance and facility engineering projects.

Requirements:

• You hold a recognized degree or certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
• You have 5 to 8 years of experience in facilities engineering and operations within a mission-critical environment.
• You have experience as an Installation Duty Holder (IV) in accordance with NEN 3140 standards.
• You have demonstrable experience managing Dual Loop Power (DLP) programs.
• You already reside in the Netherlands in the region of Middelburg (Province of Zeeland).
