Job summary

Continu Professionals zoekt een Service Lab Operator voor een high-tech laboratoriumomgeving in Eindhoven. Je verwerkt wafers en zorgt voor tijdige beschikbaarheid volgens kwaliteitsnormen in een 5-ploegendienst.

De rol vereist hands-on, proactieve instelling, met aandacht voor detail en werken volgens vastgestelde procedures. Ervaring met waferverwerking en metingen is een pluspunt; Engels is vereist en je werkt samen met engineers en technici.

Qualifications

• Minimaal een MBO-2/3/4 of HBO-opleiding in een technische richting.
• Relevante ervaring in productie, proces-technologie of vergelijkbare omgeving.
• Ervaring met waferverwerking en/of meting is een sterke pre.

Responsibilities

• Verwerken van wafers door coating-, ontwikkelings-, reinigings- en meetprocessen.
• Zorgen voor kwaliteit, kwantiteit en beschikbaarheid van wafers.
• Verwerken van serviceverzoeken en prioriteiten beheren.
• Processen en apparatuur prestaties monitoren en bijsturen.
• Kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en procescontroles uitvoeren volgens procedures.

What will you do?

As a Service Lab Operator, you will work in a specialized laboratory environment supporting the qualification of advanced high-tech systems. You will be responsible for processing and measuring wafers and ensuring that they are available on time and meet the required quality standards.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Processing wafers through coating, developing, cleaning and measurement processes.
• Ensuring the quality, quantity and availability of wafers.
• Processing service requests and managing priorities.
• Monitoring and adjusting process and equipment performance.
• Performing quality, safety and process checks according to established procedures.
• Recording completed activities accurately in the relevant systems.
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring materials are available.
• Identifying deviations and escalating issues to the appropriate support team.
• Contributing ideas for process and product improvements.
• Working closely with technicians, engineers and other internal departments.
• Sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues when needed.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and safe working environment according to 5S+1 principles.

You will work in a 5-shift operation, helping to ensure that the Service Lab and its equipment remain available around the clock.

You Also Have

• An MBO-2, MBO-3, MBO-4 or HBO qualification, preferably in a technical field.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, production, process technology or a similar environment.
• Experience with wafer processing and/or measurement is a strong advantage.
• An analytical and accurate approach to your work.
• A proactive “get things done” mentality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
• Good spoken and written English skills.i>
• Experience with Excel, Word, Access and/or SAP is a plus.
