Job summary

AEGIR-Marine seeks a Service Engineer (Seals) to deliver high-quality service on seals and propulsion systems worldwide. You will be the face of the company, solving problems at shipyards or on vessels and guiding local teams as needed.

After training, you’ll travel frequently, work independently or with colleagues, and join a team that values ownership, flexibility, and hands-on craftsmanship. English is essential, Spanish is a plus, and visa considerations may apply.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Self-reliant and very service- and customer-oriented.
• Willingness to travel frequently, independent work, and travel readiness.
• Good improviser, solution-focused, and communicative in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in shipping is advantageous; US visa preferred but not required.

• A Bachelor's degree (or comparable by experience) in mechanical engineering
• You are self-reliant and very service-and customer-oriented.
• You work independently, are flexible and eager to travel.
• You're a good improviser and you are inventive. You think in terms of solutions.
• You are communicative, pleasant to work with and have good interpersonal skills.
• You have a good command of the English language, both orally and in writing, Spanish would be a plus.
• Experience in shipping is an advantage.
