Job summary

Fitz Roy Urban Hotel and Garden in Maastricht is seeking a Service Employee for the Brasserie, bringing hospitality experience and wine knowledge to our team. You will greet guests, advise on menus and beverages, and help with bar work during breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We value a friendly, social colleague with a big smile. Shifts run 7:45-16:00 and 16:00 to closing, with weekday and weekend rotation, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within Brouwer Horeca Groep.

Qualifications

• Guest oriented and guest-focused service.

SERVICE EMPLOYEE BRASSERIE

Fitz Roy Urban Hotel and Garden is seeking an enthusiastic new colleague with hospitality experience and wine knowledge.

We are looking for a driven and passionate colleague in our team with good social skills. You offer friendly, hospitable service to our guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner, advise them on the menu and beverage choices, perform bar work and other related tasks.

Our team makes sure that our guests are taken perfect care of, with a big smile of course. Fun and passion are our top priorities!

The shifts consist of day shifts (7:45 to 16:00) and evening shifts (16:00 to closing), during the week and at the weekend.
