So if you’re ready to roll out the red carpet for our clients — and for each other — we’ve got a spot for you. Behind the scenes is where the real excitement begins. Ready to join us?

What Will You Do?

As a Service Delivery Employee, you will be the link between our clients and our internal organization. You will be responsible for drafting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and playing a crucial role in delivering the agreed‑upon services. Your goal is to ensure that all departmental objectives and client expectations are met, and that our clients are always satisfied.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Achieving KPIs: Ensure that all contractual KPIs are met and exceed client expectations. Your role is vital in maintaining strong, positive relationships with our clients and their sales organizations across various countries.
  • Primary Contact: Act as the primary contact for clients regarding any issues. You will address these challenges promptly and provide suitable solutions.
  • Supporting Changes: Assist with evaluations, initiatives, and major changes within the organization, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Analyzing and Reporting: Analyze relevant information and present it in clear reports and management information, providing insight into our performance against the agreed KPIs.
  • Identifying Improvements: Report any limitations related to the SLAs and take action to prevent issues or improve processes. Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and discuss these proactively with internal departments.
  • Financial Performance: Contribute to the company's financial performance and quality achievements through accurate execution of your tasks.
  • Opportunities and Threats: Identify and address opportunities and threats for Bleckmann within the client's business, and act proactively.
  • Evaluating Contracts: Continuously evaluate and develop the effectiveness of contractual agreements to ensure they benefit both the client and our company.
  • Project Implementation: Contribute to the implementation of projects that add value for the client, such as new revenue streams, cost reduction, and service improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all policies and regulations are adhered to within defined business requirements.
  • Daily Client Contact: Maintain daily contact with (international) clients regarding operational matters, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor the progress and execution of services, advise on possible improvements, and identify any bottlenecks.
  • Problem Solving: Address issues such as non‑deliveries, damage, or refusals and propose structural solutions.
  • Lean Six Sigma: Contribute proactively to our Lean Six Sigma methodology, helping to continuously improve our processes.
Why This Role?

  • Experience: With at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you understand what it takes to succeed in this position. You have proven knowledge of international (road) transport, logistics, customs regulations, and import/export processes.
  • IT Skills: You have excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and can effortlessly work with management and distribution control systems. These tools help you perform your job efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: You possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You are fluent in both Dutch and English, which is essential for working with our (international) clients. Experience in dealing with English‑speaking clients is a must, allowing you to add immediate value.
  • Customer Focus: With your customer‑oriented approach, you know how to maintain an open and positive relationship with both internal and external stakeholders. You understand the client's needs and can translate them into actionable steps.
  • Attention to Detail and Overview: You work meticulously and always keep the big picture in view, even in complex situations. Your ability to maintain an overview allows you to keep track of both the larger goals and the finer details.
  • Persuasiveness: With your persuasive skills and negotiating abilities, you are able to get others on board with your plans and ideas. You can make decisions that are beneficial for both the client and the organization.
  • Problem‑Solving Ability: You have a strong aptitude for problem‑solving and decision‑making. You tackle challenges proactively and come up with effective solutions.
