Job summary

Bleckmann Solutions B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking an Inventory Control specialist to monitor and improve IC processes in a fast-paced, international logistics environment.

You will work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), analyze data, and report on accuracy while coordinating with customers and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Evening and weekend shifts may be required, with a varied and growth-focused career path.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze Inventory Control (IC) processes.
• Set up, solve, and evaluate IC improvement projects.
• Monitor processes and minimize errors in IC workflows.
• Contribute to productivity, efficiency and quality improvements.
• Prepare and record reports on process accuracy.
• Coordinate with customers and provide information and advice.
• Actively contribute to Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the Inventory Control (IC) processes.
• Setting up, solving, and evaluating projects in the area of IC.
• Monitoring processes and minimizing errors.
• Contributing to improvements in productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Preparing and recording reports regarding the accuracy of the process.
• Coordinating with customers and providing information and advice.
• Actively contributing to our Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Profile:

• MBO level of work and thinking.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a stressful environment.
• Works accurately, diligently, and has perseverance.
• Good communication skills.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Flexible and stress-resistant.
• Willingness to work evening shifts and/or weekend shifts.
