Job summary

Lely is seeking a data analyst to transform service data into clear insights for the TSS Milking team. You will enable better decisions by owning dashboards, performing analyses, and collaborating with engineers and service teams.

You’ll turn data into actionable recommendations, ensuring data quality and availability while supporting cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar business-focused role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to uncover patterns and root causes.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and solid SQL skills.
• The ability to clearly communicate insights and influence decisions across teams.
• Comfort working with data that includes human input and is not always fully structured.
• An interest in working closely with operational or service teams.

Responsibilities

• Work within the TSS Milking team to help them make better decisions using data in daily work.
• Own service dashboards and ensure they reflect reality and are actively used by the team.
• Analyze data such as support tickets and release data to identify patterns, anomalies, and underlying causes.
• Combine quantitative data with input from technicians and service teams to build a complete picture.
• Sit with colleagues to understand their questions and translate them into meaningful insights.
• Turn insights into concrete improvements and support the team in applying them in daily work.
• Collaborate with data specialists and engineers to improve data quality and availability.
