Responsibilities

• Perform in-house servicing and repair of Medtronic products in the Service Centre.
• Diagnose mechanical, electronic and software issues using procedures and documentation.
• Troubleshoot faults using schematics, diagrams and specifications.
• Test, calibrate and document repairs and test results to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with field technicians and internal teams to share information and improve processes.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to service improvements.
