Job description

Omschrijving bedrijf

LiveTicketGroup is a live entertainment platform that’s making it easier for fans to purchase tickets to live matches and events. We’re delivering a seamless experience so the only thing fans need to worry about is enjoying their live event.

Omschrijving functie werkzaamheden

A fan in Madrid searches differently from a fan in Hamburg. We are live in Spanish, German and Dutch, and every language we add opens a market that did not exist for us before. You are the person who opens them. This is a project role at the centre of our international growth. Our specialists give direction on search and content. You own delivery and quality: every market live on time, complete and findable, with each rollout running more smoothly than the last. You will not be writing the pages yourself. You will decide how they get built, by whom, and whether they are good enough to go live.

ABOUT LIVETICKETGROUP

LiveTicketGroup operates a portfolio of international sports-ticketing marketplaces, with a strong position in European football and customers around the world. Through brands such as LiveFootballTickets, LiveRugbyTickets and Fanatix we connect thousands of fans with tickets to major sporting events across Europe and the US. We are building marketing in-house and investing in newer brands and categories alongside our established football platforms, including Formula 1. The culture is entrepreneurial, direct and informal. Little hierarchy, open feedback, and plenty of room to take ownership.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • You open new markets. For each language you build the plan: what goes live first, in what order, by when, and who is waiting on whom. You keep engineering, supply and customer service aligned, track the dependencies and clear the blockers. When a market goes live, it is because you got it there.
  • You build the playbook. Today every launch is bespoke. You turn it into a repeatable process: a checklist per market, a predictable lead time and a fixed quality path. After each rollout you sharpen it, so the fifth market ships faster than the second.
  • You manage translators and freelancers. You find them, test them, brief them and hold them to deadlines. You build a reliable bench per language so we can scale, instead of starting from scratch in every market.
  • You own search quality per market. Translated is not the same as findable. You check delivered work on search intent, page structure, internal linking and the technical basics per locale, send back what does not hold up and give the green light to publish.
  • You make progress visible. Plans, trackers and dashboards in Asana. You report on status, risks and launch dates on a fixed rhythm, so the team and leadership always know where each market stands without having to ask.
  • You write it down. Process documentation, launch checklists and post-launch reviews live in Notion and are yours to keep current. What we learn in one market should be available to whoever runs the next one.
  • You take on the wider marketing projects. Alongside expansion you coordinate campaigns across paid, social and SEO, website projects, the growth of Fanatix and Formula 1, and the marketing calendar. Anything that needs structure lands with you.
  • You automate what repeats. We use Claude in our daily work, for quality checks, briefing and speeding up recurring tasks. We expect you to take that further rather than reviewing 200 pages by hand.
WHERE THIS ROLE CAN GO

We are at the start of our international expansion, not the end of it. Every market we add widens this role: more languages, more brands, more of the programme to own. If you want to build the expansion function rather than execute someone else's plan, this is the moment to join.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?
  • 2 to 4 years in project management, ideally within marketing, content or localisation
  • Demonstrable SEO experience. You understand search intent, page structure, internal linking and multi-market site structures, and you can spot a page that does not hold up
  • Comfortable in Search Console and in a CMS
  • Experience with a project management tool. We work in Asana and Notion; experience with Monday, Jira or Trello is fine
  • Strong in Excel or Google Sheets, and comfortable with data
  • Genuinely organised. You keep several workstreams running in parallel without anything slipping through
  • Experience managing freelancers or outsourced teams. International teams are a big advantage
  • Proactive. You see risks coming and elevate in time, rather than reporting that a deadline was missed
  • You work with AI in your daily process and actively look for ways to automate recurring work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Fluent English
NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED
  • Experience with an international rollout, localisation or multilingual publishing
  • Experience with hreflang, locale structures or technical SEO
  • Additional languages alongside English
  • An interest in sport
WHAT DOES LIVETICKETGROUP OFFER?
  • A salary between €3,400 and €4,000 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
  • Ownership of our international expansion, one of the most important growth tracks in the business, with room to grow as the programme grows
  • A marketing team being built right now, with short lines and real influence over how we work
  • A solid pension contribution and travel allowance
  • 25+ holiday days and a personal learning and development budget
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week from the Amsterdam office
  • A profitable and growing international company with a small team and plenty of room to make an impact
