Job summary

Follo is seeking an experienced SEO Consultant to oversee a portfolio of ambitious brands, translating growth goals into holistic Organic Search strategies. You will work with cross-functional teams to unlock integrated growth using the FolloEngine and AI/Traditional SEO approaches.

You will advise clients at board level, share knowledge internally, and contribute to new business pitches, while collaborating in a hybrid work environment with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency; able to lead client conversations and present recommendations.
• Analytical and data-driven; interpret data, identify patterns, translate insights into optimizations.
• Commercial mindset with initiative in growth opportunities and client discussions.
• Strong, clear stakeholder communication across different levels.
• At least 2 years of experience in SEO/Organic Search, preferably in an agency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of brands.
• Translate growth ambitions into an Organic Search strategy beyond rankings.
• Develop holistic Organic Search strategies combining SEO, AI Search, and Social Search where relevant.
• Collaborate with paid specialists, data experts, and developers to unlock growth.
• Leverage the FolloEngine to automate analyses and translate data into strategy.
• Advise clients at board level and act as a sparring partner to elevate thinking.
• Share knowledge internally through sessions and contribute to new business pitches.
