Job summary

Blue Lynx Employment BV is seeking an SEO Consultant to lead technical and strategic SEO campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You will develop SEO roadmaps, manage delivery and reporting, and translate SEO insights into actionable guidance for stakeholders across SaaS, eCommerce, and travel sectors.

The role requires 3+ years of SEO experience, strong knowledge of Google algorithm updates and AI search trends, and excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates (EEAT, Helpful Content, Core Updates), and AI search trends (LLM visibility, AEO).
• Good understanding of core marketing principles and how SEO supports broader marketing strategies.
• Proficient with SEO tools: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, GA4, Looker Studio.
• 3+ years of SEO experience with strong strategic and technical SEO knowledge.
• Experience with local and/or international SEO campaigns is advantageous.
• Strong client-facing, communication, organisational, and collaboration skills.

Candidate Profile forSEO Consultant

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates, including EEAT, Helpful Content, Core Updates, and emerging AI search trends such as LLM visibility and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)
• Understanding of core marketing principles and how SEO supports broader marketing strategies
• Good understanding of website technologies, including CMS and CDN platforms
• Proficient with SEO tools including Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, GA4, and Looker Studio
• 3+ years of SEO experience with strong strategic and technical SEO knowledge
• Expertise in keyword optimisation, content, backlinks, user experience, performance analytics, and technical SEO (including crawlability, indexation, page speed, schema, rendering, and migrations)
• Experience with local and/or international SEO campaigns is advantageous
• Strong client-facing, communication, organisational, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to a range of stakeholders
• Proactive, curious, and committed to staying ahead of SEO and digital marketing trends
