Job summary

Blue Lynx Employment BV is seeking an SEO Consultant to lead technical and strategic SEO campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You will develop SEO roadmaps, manage delivery and reporting, and translate SEO insights into actionable guidance for stakeholders across SaaS, eCommerce, and travel sectors.

The role requires 3+ years of SEO experience, strong knowledge of Google algorithm updates and AI search trends, and excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates (EEAT, Helpful Content, Core Updates), and AI search trends (LLM visibility, AEO).
• Good understanding of core marketing principles and how SEO supports broader marketing strategies.
• Proficient with SEO tools: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, GA4, Looker Studio.
• 3+ years of SEO experience with strong strategic and technical SEO knowledge.
• Experience with local and/or international SEO campaigns is advantageous.
• Strong client-facing, communication, organisational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver technical and strategic SEO campaigns across a portfolio of clients.
• Develop and present SEO roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
• Manage client delivery, performance reporting, and measurable campaign outcomes.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations across SaaS, eCommerce, Travel, and other sectors.
• Translate SEO strategy into commercially relevant insights for client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on visibility across traditional search, AI Overviews, and LLM-based answer engines.
• Build trusted client relationships through strong strategic and technical expertise.
• Coach and support the development of junior team members.
• Contribute to internal transformation initiatives and improve SEO frameworks, processes, and service delivery.
