Job summary

GoodHabitz is seeking a Marketing Web Developer to own the end-to-end Webflow build, ensuring fast, clean, and maintainable pages. You will extend Webflow with custom JavaScript/CSS, optimize performance, and work closely with marketing stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in web development, strong JS/CSS skills, and experience with multilingual sites, technical SEO, and WCAG accessibility. This hybrid role is based at Eindhoven HQ with two days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web development experience, with 1–2 years in Webflow.
• Strong JavaScript and CSS skills beyond Webflow's native tools.
• Experience with Next.js, Astro, TypeScript and Tailwind.
• Familiarity with Client-First CSS architecture and scalable class naming.
• Strong HTML5 semantic markup for browsers and crawlers.
• Experience with multilingual website builds and localization impacts CMS structure.
• Understanding of technical SEO and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience with animation libraries (GSAP) for smooth, performant motion.
• Ability to work from marketing briefs and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Webflow build end-to-end and align with Website Platform Owner on performance.
• Maintain a tidy Webflow project, with clean structure and scalable components.
• Extend Webflow with custom JavaScript/CSS for interactions beyond native features.
• Monitor site speed and technical SEO; apply Core Web Vitals practices.
• Build for accessibility following WCAG standards.
• Use AI tools to speed up build and maintenance with well-explained code.
• Proactively flag technical debt, bugs and issues.
• Advocate for crawlability and performance in design discussions.
• Stay current with Webflow updates and pilot new features.
