Job summary

Nedap, Groenlo, Netherlands, is seeking a UX Designer to contribute to the Ons® Suite within the Generics Tribe. You will develop shared UX patterns, craft interactions, and prototype in Figma, while aligning with AI features and suite-wide search needs.

A collaborative, hybrid role with room for growth and a focus on user-centered healthcare solutions. You will work in a small, close‑knit team of four designers, with on campus presence in Groenlo at least twice weekly, and have influence on

Qualifications

• Around five years of professional UX design experience.
• Experience applying Design Thinking to create human‑centered solutions.
• Experience designing complex software spanning multiple users and data flows.
• Experience conducting user research including observations and usability testing.
• Experience working with and extending design systems.
• Strong design skills and proficiency in Figma.
• Interest in AI and how it can support design processes.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop UX patterns and design solutions for shared functionality across the Ons Suite.
• Move between long‑term vision and hands‑on design, creating interactions and prototypes in Figma.
• Develop UX patterns for AI functionality to integrate AI solutions consistently.
• Design UX patterns for suite‑wide search to help users find information quickly.
• Test prototypes with healthcare professionals and iterate based on feedback.
• Tackle complex design challenges spanning teams and healthcare domains.
• Collaborate with other UX designers, developers, product owners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with colleagues to align design decisions and outcomes.
