Job summary

Goliath Games, LLC seeks a senior talent and recruitment manager to hire great people, identify talent gaps, and address performance issues across US, Europe and Asia. This leader will work with general managers and leadership teams to optimize hiring and ensure strong candidate fit.

You will own US recruitment, assess compensation expectations, and lead senior searches without defaulting to agencies. Expect a hands-on role with broad business impact and international scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruitment and/or talent experience.
• Experience recruiting in the US market and understanding compensation expectations.
• Ability to work with executive leaders and challenge them when needed.
• Experience operating across multiple markets and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for priority roles from brief to interview, selection and offer.
• Own US recruitment efforts and partner with agencies when appropriate.
• Manage recruitment spend and ensure value from partners.
• Support offer negotiations with market data.
• Monitor progress and plan actions if milestones are not met.
• Provide leadership with progress on talent gaps and risks across markets.
