Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Lead HRIS Analyst to serve as the functional and technical expert for UKG Workforce Management. The role focuses on timekeeping and leave management, ensuring system stability and driving continuous improvement across HR operations.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Audit, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize processes, support releases, and contribute to roadmap planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HRIS experience with production/live environments.
• Experience with timekeeping or leave systems, especially UKG.
• Proven incident resolution and root cause analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for UKG timekeeping and leave management across the organization.
• Own production support and live-site stability; act as escalation point.
• Recommend and implement process, reporting and system changes to improve efficiency.
• Evaluate UKG releases and new functionality for adoption within change control.
• Manage enhancement backlog with prioritization in partnership with stakeholders.
• Configure, test, and document system changes; define test use cases.
• Assess feasibility of system modifications and align with HRIS strategy.
• Identify security risks and support audit activities.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with HR, IT, Finance, Compliance.
• Create and manage reporting, data visualizations, and educate users.
