Candidates should have a BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering or similar, with over 5 years of experience in high-reliability sectors. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical systems design within UAV/UAS, aerospace, robotics or other high-reliability environments.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, battery/BMS systems, and embedded interfaces.
• Experience with EMC/EMI, safety-critical design and verification methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Defining and integrating electrical architectures covering power distribution, avionics, sensors, C2, and payload systems.
• Designing high-reliability schematics and PCB solutions for production-ready applications.
• Leading verification, validation and acceptance testing activities.
