Job summary

MAKE is the shared production studio for Omnicom in the Netherlands. We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to independently deliver TV commercials, branded content and integrated productions from brief to final delivery.

You will manage large productions, collaborate with creatives, clients and external partners, coach junior producers and ensure budgets, timelines and quality meet high standards in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4–6 years of relevant production experience.
• Experience producing large TV commercials, branded content or integrated productions.
• Experience managing productions from briefing through post‑production and final delivery.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into production plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Independently manage large-sized productions from briefing through delivery.
• Collaborate with creatives, clients, directors and external partners.
• Coordinate production companies, directors and crew for in-house projects.
• Develop and oversight production schedules, call sheets and documentation.
• Own project budgets and scope changes, and communicate risks to clients.
